Matteo Guarnerio is the Head Regulatory Economist at Visa Europe, a position held since 2017. Previously, they worked as a Fast Stream Economist at Ofgem from 2003 to 2006 and contributed to the Energy Utilities and Infrastructure Strategy at PwC from 2006 to 2017. Matteo began their career as an intern at Aon in 2002. They earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Science (MSc) from the University of Warwick.
