Matthew Shaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and fraud detection across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of Risk Solution Services and Managed Services at Visa since April 2021, Matthew has a strong background in optimizing risk models, investigating chargeback trends, and leading teams to exceed departmental goals. Previously, Matthew held various leadership roles at CyberSource and Radial Inc., where responsibilities included managing strategic accounts, directing fraud detection operations, and implementing quality monitoring programs. Matthew's career began in database management roles at VWR and Servco Pacific Inc., where a focus on data accuracy and employee training was established. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
