Maya Kazamel is a strategy and operations leader with over seven years of experience in developing growth strategies and leading cross-functional transformations within financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of North America Strategy at Visa, Maya previously held positions at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and has also worked at Avela Real Estate Partners and JLL. Maya earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment from Harvard University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from The American University in Cairo.
