Michael Baptiste

Michael Baptiste currently serves as the Head of Global Inclusion Programs, Engagement and Events at Visa, where leadership of the Global Inclusion Partnerships, Programs, and Events Team is a primary responsibility. Previously, as Vice President at the Metro Atlanta Chamber, Michael Baptiste spearheaded the ATL Action for Racial Equity initiative, engaging 250 companies in a collective effort towards racial equity and developing the organization’s DEI strategy. At Justworks, Michael Baptiste designed a comprehensive Inclusion and Belonging strategy, marking the first formal hire for this role. Earlier experience includes talent acquisition at Warner Music Group, where recruitment efforts were led across the east coast, and HR management at KIPP NYC, encompassing all non-instructional hiring and policy development. Michael Baptiste holds a Diversity and Inclusion Professional Certificate from Cornell University ILR School and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
