Michael Baptiste, MHRM, currently serves as the Head of Global Inclusion Programs, Engagement and Events at Visa, overseeing the Global Inclusion Partnerships, Programs, and Events Team since August 2025. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Vice President at Metro Atlanta Chamber from June 2021 to May 2025, where efforts focused on racial equity led to the involvement of 250 companies in the ATL Action for Racial Equity initiative. Experience includes roles such as Director of Inclusion and Belonging at Justworks, where a comprehensive I&B strategy was developed, and Talent Acquisition roles at Warner Music Group and KIPP NYC, emphasizing diversity and recruitment strategies. Michael’s educational background includes a Master's in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Diversity and Inclusion Professional Certificate from Cornell University ILR School.
