Michele Colgan

Michele Colgan is a Director of Global Interoperability & Specifications, specializing in Level 3 testing within the payments industry. With extensive experience in chip cards/EMV, e-commerce, and interoperability, they previously held various roles at Visa, including Director and Senior Consultant, where they developed test cases and documentation for EMV technology. Prior to Visa, Michele was a Senior Business Consultant at Cards Etc., where they helped establish the company's San Francisco office and produced key documentation for a range of chip card applications. Michele earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
