Mike Williams possesses over 15 years of experience in risk management and professional services. Beginning as a Risk Advisory Associate at KPMG US, Mike transitioned to a Senior IT Auditor role at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included leading audit teams and communicating outcomes to executive teams. At EY, Mike served as a Senior Manager, overseeing global implementations of Integrated Risk Management programs and assessing organizational challenges. Currently, as the Senior Director and Head of Professional Services North America at Visa, Mike leads strategic initiatives to enhance Professional Services utilization and revenue growth, while managing the division's financial performance. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree from The College of Saint Rose.
