Nancy Van Scoy has extensive experience in the food service and technical support industries, beginning as a dishwasher at Pizza Hut and quickly advancing to Shift Supervisor, where a successful school lunch program was established. As General Manager at Good Times, Banquets & Fine Dining, Nancy implemented a profit-oriented system for staff training. Subsequent roles included Office Support Specialist positions at Corinthian Directory and Office Specialist's, as well as a Communications Coordinator Support Specialist at Credit Bureau of New Hampshire. From 2000 to 2011, Nancy served as a Technical Consultant at Chase Paymentech and later as a Technical Account Manager at CyberSource and Visa, focusing on payment processing and customer service. Education was obtained from Tompkins Cortland Community College with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Human Services.
