Nicole Goode

Nicole Goode currently serves as the Director and Head of People at Visa, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at Datacom from August 2016 to March 2023, where responsibilities included Senior People Business Partner and People Business Partner for New Zealand Commercial, focusing on strategic support for a workforce of over 800 employees and leading Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as HR & Recruitment Advisor at Westcon-Comstor New Zealand, where Nicole ensured alignment of HR policies with organizational strategy and facilitated talent acquisition and retention efforts, and as a Regional Sales Assistant/HR Administrator. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Employment Relations & Organisation Studies and Human Geography from The University of Auckland, earned between 2009 and 2011.
