Olivia Howard

Olivia Howard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the finance and consulting sectors. Olivia commenced a career at Goldman Sachs as a Financial Analyst from June 2014 to March 2017, followed by a position as Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from February 2017 to March 2022. Prior experience includes roles at the U.S. House of Representatives as an intern in Representative Huffman's Congressional Office and as a Policy Fellow at Advanced Energy Economy (AEE). Currently, Olivia serves as Vice President of Global Markets Business Operations at Visa, a role initiated in February 2023, after holding the position of Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at Visa from March 2022 to February 2023. In addition to directorial responsibilities, Olivia co-founded and co-leads the East Coast chapter of the Visa Women’s Network, fostering career development and community outreach for women within the organization.
