Ovidiu D. is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Visa, where they lead engineering teams supporting payment processing for small businesses. Previously, Ovidiu held the role of Principal Group Engineering Manager at Microsoft, overseeing the integration of AI features into Skype and managing backend services for millions of users. Ovidiu has extensive experience in software architecture and engineering, with proficiency in technologies including C#, Azure, and machine learning. They founded GeoScaling, a managed DNS service provider, which was later acquired. Ovidiu holds multiple advanced degrees from Lehigh University, including a PhD in Computer Science.
