Padmini Vijayaraghavan

Padmini Vijayaraghavan is currently the Head of IAM Solution Engineering at HSBC, where they lead a team in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions for the bank. Padmini has over 5 years of IAM experience, specializing in technologies such as SailPoint and Java. Prior to HSBC, they spent 3.5 years at Visa, serving as a Director and IAM Development Lead, managing multiple projects and delivering innovative IAM solutions. Padmini holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology, earned in 2007.
