Patrick Qua is a seasoned professional in pricing and deal strategy, with extensive experience in financial analysis. As a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors at Marvel Communities, Inc. since 2008, Patrick has focused on the financial and investment evaluation of real estate projects. In their role as Senior Director of Finance and Strategy at Visa, Patrick oversees the global deal evaluation methodology, performing financial and strategic deal analysis for over 1,000 deals annually.
