Paul Amato

Paul Amato is the Lead Security Engineer at Visa, where they have worked since 2015, focusing on perimeter network security and the creation of security policies utilizing advanced technologies such as Secure Web Gateway Proxy and Next Generation Network Firewalls. They previously managed a global team of Security Engineers, ensuring Visa's networks remained secure from threats while supporting over 160 firewalls across multiple security zones. Amato has also held various roles at Visa, including responsibilities for network security monitoring, vulnerability assessment, and server deployment. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems and Services at Florida International University.
