Paul Baer

Paul Baer is the Head of Risk Solutions Services for North America at Visa, where they have demonstrated over six years of leadership and extensive experience in risk management. Previously, Paul held various positions at Microsoft, including Senior Human Intelligence and Operations Manager and Fraud Investigator for the Commerce Platform. Earlier in their career, Paul worked at CyberSource as a Senior Managed Risk Analyst and at GSI Commerce, where they advanced to Senior Manager of Fraud Prevention. Paul earned a degree in Financial Management from Immaculata University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Western Governors University.
