Randy Gee is a Senior Director of Global Compliance at Visa, where they lead a comprehensive Compliance Risk Management Program and engage with executive committees to deliver compliance updates. With extensive experience in risk management across five major U.S. banks and an asset management firm, Randy has a proven track record of developing strategies and frameworks to enhance operational risk and fraud prevention. They have also directed successful initiatives that improved operational processes and control effectiveness, utilizing Six Sigma principles. Educated at the University of California, Berkeley with a BA in Economics, Randy continues their studies at the Pacific Coast Banking School.
