Raphael Jansa

Raphael Jansa is a seasoned Senior Regional Business Development Leader with extensive experience in the FinTech and payment ecosystems. They currently serve as the General Manager of The FinTech Association of Hong Kong, driving transformational change and fostering strategic partnerships. With a notable 15-year tenure at Deutsche Bank, Raphael held various roles, culminating in Director positions focused on Treasury Advisory and Market Intelligence across APAC. They also contribute to the FinTech community as an Ambassador for the Emerging Payments Association Asia and as Country Lead for Divizend, a German FinTech start-up. Raphael holds degrees in Business and Law from Universität Siegen and Business Administration from Groupe Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Dijon-Bourgogne.
