Rashmi M. is currently the Lead QA for Payments, Platform, and Infrastructure at Visa, where they spearhead Quality Assurance efforts to enhance the performance and resiliency of high-volume enterprise systems. With extensive experience in e-commerce and payment transaction processing, Rashmi has developed testing strategies that ensure zero production issues and no adverse customer impacts. Prior to Visa, they served as a Sr. QA Engineer at Quantros and as a QA Engineer at Chordiant Software. Rashmi holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Christ University, Bangalore, and has completed certifications in Project Management from the Stanford Center for Professional Development and as a Scrum Product Owner from the Agile Scrum Alliance.
