Reddaiah Ganji

Reddaiah Ganji is an experienced Agile practitioner and program management professional with over 20 years in the technology sector. They have held various roles, including Director of Product Delivery at Visa, where they program-managed the development of the next-generation payment processing platform, Open VisaNet. Previously, Reddaiah served as Head of Scrum Masters at Visa, leading a team of over 15 scrum masters across multiple countries. Their experience also includes program management at Publicis Sapient, where they led initiatives in the banking sector and coached teams on Agile principles. Reddaiah is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
