Reem Asaad is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience in technology, financial services, and customer experience. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Client Services for CEMEA at Visa, Reem is also a member of the Board of Directors at the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA). Previously, Reem was the CEO of Raya Customer Experience and led operations at Cisco across the Middle East and Africa. Recognized by Forbes and Arabian Business as one of the Most Influential Women in the Middle East and Africa, Reem has demonstrated a strong ability to foster partnerships and drive digital transformation in emerging markets. Reem holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
