Richard Burfitt moved to Singapore in 2010 to support the development of IPS Search as General Manager in (Re)Insurance recruitment until 2018. Since then, they have served as the Director of Executive Talent Acquisition for Visa in the Asia Pacific region, leading efforts to attract top talent while collaborating on various People team projects. Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from Cardiff University, which they completed in 2007.
