Rui M. is the Senior Director and Head of Cyber Threat Intelligence & Research at Visa, a position they have held since 2022. They previously worked as a Senior Threat Analyst at Visa from 2020 to 2021 and have extensive experience in cybersecurity and risk management from roles at Deloitte, Direct Line Group, and Mazars UK. Rui began their academic journey at Instituto Superior Técnico, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Computer Engineering, having also completed a research fellowship at the institution.
