Ryan Stephenson

Ryan Stephenson is a Change Experience Designer who currently aids leaders in facilitating deep organizational change. They have held several impactful roles, including Head of Client Success at Blunovus, where they implemented over 20 change plans for clients and significantly improved client satisfaction and engagement. Ryan's previous experiences include serving as a Presidential Intern at Utah Valley University and a Senior HR Specialist at Adobe Workfront, where they led compliance and wellness programs. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Change Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
