Ryan Takemoto

Ryan Takemoto is the SVP and Chief Counsel for Litigation & Competition at Visa, where they oversee the company’s litigation and investigations on significant antitrust and competition law matters globally. With prior experience as a senior associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, Ryan focused on antitrust and unfair competition litigation. They graduated cum laude with a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and hold a B.S. in Biology from the University of Utah. Ryan spent 1½ years working in Singapore, managing competition law and regulatory matters in the Asia-Pacific region.
