Rym Baccour

Rym Baccour has a diverse background in the financial sector, including experience at the Central Bank of Tunisia and Visa. At the Central Bank of Tunisia, Rym served as an intern and later as Deputy Head of Unit in charge of Oversight of payment’s means and systems, focusing on regulatory compliance and digital payment initiatives. Rym's role at Visa as an Issuing Value-Added Services Manager involved supporting infrastructure projects and building strong relationships with financial institutions to drive electronic payment growth. Rym holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a minor in Finance from IHEC Carthage, an MBA in Banking Services with honors from IFID, and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship with honors from IHEC Carthage.
