Shania Tran

Shania Tran is a Software Engineer at Visa since May 2025, with a robust background in leadership and software development. Prior to this role, Shania served as President of the UH Asian Business Student Association, where critical decisions were made for an organization of over 400 members, and efforts were focused on transitioning activities to a virtual format. Additionally, Shania held positions as Vice President of Marketing and Media Director within the same organization, emphasizing team leadership and social media management. Internships at GEICO and JPMorgan Chase & Co. provided valuable experience in business leadership and software engineering. Academically, Shania holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston and has completed a Product Management Certificate at Cornell University.
