Silvia Buiuc

Silvia Buiuc is a seasoned professional in supplier management and program management, currently serving as Program Director at Visa, where they lead the Supplier Relationship Management program and manage partnerships with critical technology suppliers. Prior to this, Silvia worked at IBM as a Managing Consultant, developing supplier management capabilities for major clients, and held roles at Michelin and Orange, focusing on supply chain optimization and product management. They hold a B.S. in International Economic Relations and an MBA in Business Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, alongside completing an Advanced Management Program at The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Silvia is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Outsourcing Professional from IAOP.
