Stephen Tolbert

Stephen Tolbert is a Director in Visa's Consulting and Analytics group, where they focus on serving as a strategic partner to community financial institutions. Previously, they held roles including Senior Director at Partner Forces LLC, where they led FEMA and State & Local accounts, and Principal at The Clearing, Inc., overseeing project teams across various sectors. They have also worked as a Consultant with ASI Government, supporting the FAA’s NextGen Program, and as a Management Consultant for SRA International, contributing to the Federal Cloud Computing Initiative. Stephen is pursuing a BA in Political Science and Government and a Master's in Business Administration, with additional studies at the University of Oxford.
