Steve Chasak has extensive experience in technical operations and account management, beginning with a role at Accenture as the Help Desk Services Technology Infrastructure Lead, where responsibilities included telecommunications leadership and CTI integration. Following this, Steve served as a Contact Center Technical Operations Manager, acting as the primary contact for a large U.S. organization. From 1998 to 2000, Steve worked as a Technician at Fairchild Communications. Since May 2011, Steve has held the position of Genesys GVP Administrator at Visa (Latitude 36), overseeing a redundant Genesys GVP IVR system. In addition, Steve has been a Technical Account Manager at Agc Networks since January 2013. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Science with a focus on Business Administration and Electronics Technology from Dallas Baptist University and has pursued education at DeVry and The University of Texas at Arlington.
