Tara Shallal

Tara Shallal has experience in both the public and private sectors, focusing on program and project management, grant making, and partnership building. Currently, Tara works as a Program Manager at Visa and previously served as a manager in the Climate Finance team at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where they developed partnerships and focused on gender and climate action. Tara completed a Master’s of Science in Development Administration and Planning at University College London in 2018, which included fieldwork in Uganda on adolescent sexual education programs. Additionally, Tara held various roles at organizations such as the KIND Movement and the Aspen Institute, emphasizing social impact and economic opportunities in the Middle East.
