Tejas Sinha is a seasoned transformation and change leader with over 20 years of experience in payments and consumer banking. They were part of the prestigious International Manager Program at HSBC, where they led complex transformation initiatives, including the deployment of the Digital Target Operating Model in MENA and the post-merger integration of a bank in Oman. Currently, Tejas serves as the Co-Founder and COO of a technology start-up, focusing on end-to-end business management while also being a passionate singer-songwriter. Tejas holds dual MBAs, one from the Alliance Manchester Business School and another from Welingkar Institute of Management.
