Vesa Suvila

Vesa Suvila is a Senior Manager at Visa, specializing in Risk & Authentication Solutions since 2023. Previously, they served as a Global Fraud Expert at Nordea from 2018 to 2023, where they developed fraud control frameworks and advised executives on fraud strategies. Vesa began their career at Nordea as a Customer Advisor and progressed to roles including Operations Officer and Head of Fraud and Disputes in Finland. They also completed an internship with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland in 2008, collaborating with diplomats on important reports. Vesa is currently pursuing Master's degrees in Development Studies and Leadership and Management at the University of Helsinki.
