Xaris Lamento

Xaris Lamento, MDC, is the Senior Director at Visa Philippines Business Processing Center, where they lead a team of over 200 professionals in delivering client-centric operations across risk, fraud, and service excellence. Previously, Xaris held various roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Team Manager and Secondee Trainer, where they facilitated leadership training and drove process improvements. Xaris earned a Master's degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines Open University and completed a program in Strategic Leadership at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. Xaris is passionate about fostering an inclusive workplace culture, particularly advancing disability inclusion initiatives at Visa.
