Yingtong Dou

Yingtong Dou is a research scientist at Visa Research in the Foundational AI team, focusing on foundation models for payment services and deep learning for authentication and authorization. Yingtong's research interests encompass tabular and sequential data modeling, machine learning trust and safety, and graph mining. Previously, Yingtong held positions as a research assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where they contributed to fraud detection projects and collaborated with various tech companies. Yingtong also served as a teaching assistant at multiple institutions, including Queen Mary University of London and the University of Illinois at Chicago. They completed their PhD in Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago and hold two bachelor's degrees from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Queen Mary University of London.
