Rongxun Zhao

Rongxun Zhao is the Chief Technology Officer at Visable since March 2024, overseeing the Visable and Europages platforms. From July 2011 to February 2024, Rongxun served as the Executive Vice President and Technology Head of Europe at Alibaba Group, where responsibilities included leading the tech initiatives for AliExpress in Spain and France, fostering cross-border business growth, and developing innovative technology solutions to enhance user engagement through advanced algorithms and big data analytics. Prior roles included Staff Engineer, where Rongxun built the technical teams for AliExpress in Spain and focused on integrating European suppliers with the e-commerce platform. Prior to Alibaba, Rongxun worked as an Application Developer at IBM from September 2009 to July 2011, employing expertise in Java and various industrial applications. Rongxun holds a Master’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from Zhejiang University.
