Hayden Harman has worked in the software engineering and technology industry since 1992. In that year, they began working as a Software Engineer & Consultant for Bear River Associates, where they wrote the business proposal, designed and helped engineer Apple Computer's DocViewer 1.1. In 1994, they moved to J.P. Morgan as an Associate in the Foreign Exchange Rates Technology Group. In 1995, they founded Visalia LLC, providing retail promotions planning & execution software applications for the consumer packaged goods industry. Deployments have included many operating systems/technologies and databases including ASP.NET/C#, Java/JSP, Win32/C++, Oracle, DB2.
Hayden Harman attended Palos Verdes High School from 1985 to 1988. Hayden then attended Loomis Chaffee from 1985 to 1988 before enrolling at Middlebury College, where they obtained a BA in Economics and German in 1992.
