Hanh Chu

Hanh Chu is a highly experienced professional in pharmacy informatics and technology, currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy Informatics & Technology at Visante since January 2023. Prior to this role, Hanh held multiple positions at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, including Assistant Director of Pharmacy - Informatics, Interim Chief Pharmacy Officer, and Interim Director of Pharmacy from 2015 to December 2022. Hanh's earlier experience includes serving as Interim Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Informatics at Mount Auburn Hospital, as well as working as a Pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy and completing a Medication Use Safety Residency at UMass Memorial Medical Center. Hanh holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, a PharmD from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and a BS in Computer Science and Psychology from Tufts University.
