Anita Chukwu

Anita Chukwu (PMP) is an accomplished Healthcare management professional who provides project management for Visante. She is devoted to collaboration, problem solving and creativity to surpass expectations. Her extensive and diverse experience has sharpened her communication and collaborative skills which helped her build alliances across different levels of leadership over the years.

Before joining Visante, Anita was a Program Manager with the National Institute of Health. In this role, she managed 4 divisions that supported 24 labs and oversaw business operations and government contracts valued at over $50M. She was responsible for internal quality and process improvement for projects and programs. She tracked program budgets, managed program schedules, and collaborated with operational leaders and stakeholders within and outside the enterprise.

Prior to this, Anita was a Program Coordinator at the same institute where she managed multiple project schedules and oversaw milestones for the entire duration of the projects. She developed project management templates and managed budgetary data for different accounts. She was shortly promoted due to her accomplishments and overall performance; one of which was improving and implementing strategies that enabled the team to achieve intramural operations' goals for the fiscal year.

Anita's previous roles in healthcare facilitated cross-functional collaboration between healthcare professionals and patients and also exposed her to technical tools such as EHR systems, many of which had CRM integration. Her passion for global health, community and innovation inspired her work with NGOs to provide healthcare, education, support, and improved processes in many communities in West Africa and Central America.

Anita earned a Bachelor of Science, Health Science and a Minor in Psychology from Lee University in Cleveland, TN, and is currently on her way to obtaining a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University, in Salt Lake, Utah.
