Maureen Miller

Maureen Miller is the SVP of Government Programs at Visante. Maureen has over 20 years of experience in the pharmacy industry, with a focus on Medicare Part D.

Maureen began their career as a staff pharmacist at Medic Drug/Walgreens in 2002. In 2005, they joined Universal American (now MemberHealth) as a Lead Pharmacist in Professional Services. There, they oversaw a team of 6 pharmacists and processed Medicare Part D coverage determination and appeal requests.

In 2008, Maureen Miller joined the CVS Caremark Corporation as the Director of Medicare Part D Clinical Operations Administration. In this role, they served as a key member of the Clinical Operations leadership team servicing 4M+ Medicare Part D members including internal and external PDP, MAPD, MA, and EGWP plans. Maureen developed and implemented policies and protocols for audits, quality, and compliance monitoring, leading stakeholders in data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify improvement opportunities. Additionally, they crafted provider and beneficiary communications and onboarded 7+ PBM clients in 90 days. Maureen led a team of 20+ across multiple locations during their time at CVS Caremark Corporation.

Maureen Miller received their Pharm.D. from Ohio Northern University and has a certification from Apexus LLC in Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate.
