Alan Andresen

Alan Andresen is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software architecture and embedded systems. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at VisCardia since June 2022, Alan also holds the position of VP Engineering and Founder at Inovise Medical, Inc. since April 2009. Previous roles include VP Engineering at Sonivate Medical from 2010 to December 2013 and Senior Software Architect at Hewlett-Packard from 1981 to 1997, where Alan developed software architectures for multiple product lines. Alan's technical expertise is complemented by early career experience as a Senior Software Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer. Alan earned a BS in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University between 1977 and 1981.
