Joep Matthee

Joep Matthee is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in innovation strategy and brand development. Currently serving as Innovation Strategist and Marketing Manager at Viscon Group since January 2014, Joep leads a team of eight, overseeing the marketing efforts for 12 divisions, each requiring tailored branding and strategic planning. Prior to this role, Joep co-founded Sunwoods Eyewear, focusing on wooden sunglasses and driving online sales through social media. Joep's earlier experience includes internships in Corporate Social Responsibility at Vollenhoven Olie, New Business Development at Drukkerij Altorffer BV, and Lean Manufacturing at National Oilwell Varco. Joep holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
