Currently serving as an Executive Partner at VISCONTI since 2021, Frédéric advises CEOs and executives on organizational development. As CEO of EFIS Management since 2020, Frédéric focuses on C-Level advisory and business transformation strategies. Previous roles include Channel & Distribution Director at Sophos, where Frédéric optimized partner programs, and EMEA VP at NETGEAR, responsible for operations in Europe, Russia, and South Africa. Frédéric also held leadership positions at Zebra Technologies, Nortel Networks, and Bay Networks, demonstrating a strong track record in indirect sales and channel development throughout a career spanning over three decades. Frédéric holds degrees from Paris ESLSCA Business School and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
