Melissa Schuetter

Melissa Schuetter has over 18 years of work experience in the IT and business analysis domain. Melissa began their career in 2002 as a Business Systems Analyst III at Greyhound Lines, Inc. In 2005, they moved to Lehman Brothers - Private Equity as a Business/QA Systems Analyst. In 2006, they joined FIS as a Managing Project Analyst / Sr. Business Analyst. In 2011, they worked at RBA, Inc. as a Project Analyst Consultant. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Fidelity Investments as a Principal Systems Analyst. In 2016, they joined Caliber Home Loans as a Compensation Manager and later as a Senior Compensation Analyst. In 2019, they worked at Tenet Healthcare as a Total Rewards Consultant and at Rexel USA as a Senior Consultant | CSM. Currently, they are a Senior IT Project Manager at Viscosity North America.

Melissa Schuetter obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington. Melissa also holds a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in June 2018.
