Andrew Dude is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private market investments and advisory roles. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Seafront Capital since January 2016 and Managing Director at Emerson Equity since July 2013, Andrew has a proven track record in secondary market transactions and private placements. Additional advisory roles include contributions to Augment and Vise, Inc., where Andrew focuses on infrastructure modernization and product market fit for financial services. Previous accomplishments include significant achievements at Carta, MicroVentures, ON24, Marketo, UBS, and Morgan Stanley, where Andrew excelled in sales, business development, and private equity services, building strong pipelines and facilitating substantial transactions. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Westmont College.
