Viserion formed Viserion Grain, LLC in early 2021 for the purpose of investing in strategic assets within the grain handling and storage space. Shortly after its formation, Viserion Grain acquired 10 facilities along the Ohio and Mississippi rivers. Established in 2001, Western Milling is the largest distributor and manufacturer of commercial feed products in California with facilities spanning from Texas, Arizona, California, and Oregon. The company's facility in Goshen, California is the largest feed mill in the world.
