Marcela Costa

Marcela Costa is an experienced legal professional specializing in labor law, currently serving as Legal Operations (Secondee) at Nubank through Viseu Advogados since July 2023. Prior to this role, Marcela worked as a labor attorney at Volpon Advocacia, where responsibilities included managing labor lawsuits and providing consulting services to companies from initial stages through execution. Additional experience includes an internship at the Municipal City Hall of Franca in the Development Secretariat, as well as internships in civil, social security, and labor law at Dra. Maria Cristina G. Merlino de Castro - Advocacia e Consultoria and at the Receita Federal do Brasil. Marcela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito de Franca and is currently advancing education with a course at Future Law.
