Charles Rogers

Charles Rogers serves as the Director of Internal Audit at Vishay Precision Group, Inc. since June 2018, where responsibilities as Chief Audit Executive include reporting directly to the Audit Committee Chair. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Head of Internal Audit and Compliance at CECO Environmental Corp. from June 2016 to June 2018, also serving as CAE. Experience includes consulting roles with Experis and Resources Global Professionals, providing internal audit and compliance services to major corporations, while previous managerial expertise was gained at KPMG US. Charles holds a BA in Business from Muhlenberg College and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
