Oded Sherman

Oded Sherman is an experienced leader in technology and business management, currently serving as Vice President of Measurement Systems at Vishay Precision Group, Inc. since July 2022. Previously, Oded held the position of General Manager at Nanomotion, overseeing the design and manufacturing of precise motion solutions from July 2018 to June 2022. Oded's extensive background includes significant roles at Applied Materials, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Director of the Service Business Unit to Global Technology Officer, contributing to major product lines and low-cost regional development in India and China. Additionally, Oded was the CEO of ThermoVac, focusing on energy-saving thermal insulation solutions, and held various positions within Applied Materials Israel and Orbot Instrument. Oded holds multiple degrees, including an M.Sc. in Science & Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.Sc. in Material Engineering & Physics from Ben Gurion University.
