Saul V. Reibstein

Saul V. Reibstein was born on October 10th, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Saul is currently the Director at Vishay Precision Group. Prior to their current position, Reibstein served as the Executive Advisor at Penn National Gaming from December 2013 to December 2017.

Reibstein has had a long and successful career in both public accounting and private industry. Saul began their career at BDO Seidman, LLP in January 1999, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become Managing Partner in just over two years. In 2004, they left public accounting to join CBIZ MHM, LLC as Executive Managing Director. In 2012, they were appointed Managing Director of the firm's New York City office.

In January 2004, Reibstein joined HOMARC - Home Marketing Consultants as President and CEO. In this role, they were responsible for the overall management and direction of the company. In December 2013, they joined Penn National Gaming as Executive Advisor. In this role, they provided advice and counsel on a variety of matters, including financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and SEC filings.

Reibstein has also served on the Board of Directors of several public companies, including Penn National Gaming, Vishay Precision Group, and S3Living. Saul is a member of the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee, and the Governance Committee of Penn National Gaming.

Saul V. Reibstein began their educational career by obtaining a BBA in Accounting from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Saul then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Temple University.
