Matthew Carter

Matthew Carter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Vice President of the Discrete Mosfet Sub-Division and Vice President of Marketing at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. since February 2011. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Senior Director of Marketing at the Volterra Alumni Network from 2006 to 2011, and served as Senior Director of Product Marketing at Vishay Intertechnology from 1999 to 2006. Matthew's career began at International Rectifier, where responsibilities included managing the IGBT product family from 1989 to 1999. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southampton, obtained between 1982 and 1985.
