Nathaniel Manickam

Nathaniel Manickam has a wide range of HR experience spanning over 20 years. Nathaniel has worked for various companies in roles such as Director HR, Senior Manager HR, and Manager HR. Nathaniel'smost recent position was as Director HR at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. since 2015. Prior to that, they held a Director HR position at Flextronics Technology Penang Sdn Bhd, where they managed HR responsibilities for multiple plants and thousands of employees. Nathaniel also has experience in managing HR functions for large-scale manufacturing plants in the technology and electronics industry. Overall, Nathaniel has a strong background in talent management, policy alignment, training, and employee relations.

Nathaniel Manickam attended Loyola College from 1990 to 1993, earning a BSc degree in Biology/Biological Sciences. Following this, they pursued a Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations at the University of Madras from 1993 to 1995.
